MENU DESIGN FORM

Please enter your design details and wording below. After we receive your payment and design form, your 1st digital proof arrives by e-mail in 2 business days (M-F excluding holidays).  Your order includes up to 3 digital proofs including the 1st proof and 2 rounds of proof revisions. Thereafter, each proof revision will be provided for a $15 design fee. We're happy to change colors, fix errors and make minor tweaks to wording, spacing and text size at no extra charge. Major revision requests, such as changing product style, changing font type, and new wording, may incur an extra fee. If this is the case, we will let you know before revising your proof. Be assured, we will not print your cards until you approve your proof.

Signature Smooth Paper (100# Cover) is our standard paper. If you upgrade to Ultra Smooth or Luxe Shimmer Paper, we will send you an electronic PayPal invoice by e-mail for the extra charge. Final payment will be due when you submit Proof Approval.

Enter wording line by line below and place an asterisk (*) next to course headings (for example, First Course*). Please be sure to provide wording exactly as you would like it to appear including punctuation, abbreviations and conjunctions like "and" or "&". With the exception of font types in ALL CAPS style, upper and lower cases will appear as provided by you. Please use the sample image as your guide for your wording. We will use our design expertise to custom fit your wording for the best look possible and contact you if we feel the wording may not properly fit your chosen menu style.
