How To Format Guest List

You will receive a digital proof for each card. To make sure we get everything just right for you, please be mindful of these guidelines when creating your guest list spreadsheet:

  • List names by row in one column. We will assume each row equals one place card.
  •  If you are including table numbers, create 2 columns - column 1 for "Table Number" and column 2 for "Name". List Table 1 names followed by Table 2 and so forth.
  • Enter wording, punctuation, upper and lower case exactly as you would like it to appear (with exception of font types in ALL CAPS style).
  • Text size may be adjusted to fit lengthier wording. Lengthier wording may be split between multiple lines of text to fit the style of the card.
  • If we receive a spreadsheet formatted differently from these guidelines, we may ask you to revise the spreadsheet before creating your proofs.
